Inspection solution bridges the gap for bankcard travel
Bankcard travel will be the next revolution in the Public Transport sector, where also the first Dutch regions have now rolled out the infrastructure to enable this. Inspection however was still a gap that needed to be filled, up until this week!! The functionality of the current OV Chipcard inspection solution - already widely in use by several PTO's - has been extended. In a joint collaboration with Translink, Ximedes added the Inspection Use Case for bankcards to the OV Chipcard reader application.
